This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited uses of ElysiumForge products, services, systems, and infrastructure.

You must not use ElysiumForge to:

  • conduct illegal activity;
  • commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
  • distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
  • obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, devices, or data;
  • interfere with or circumvent security controls;
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person;
  • overload, disable, or interfere with ElysiumForge systems;
  • conduct unauthorized scraping, automated extraction, probing, or system abuse;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent technical restrictions;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • violate applicable third-party rights; or
  • use ElysiumForge products in a manner that creates an unreasonable security or operational risk.

ElysiumForge may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that an account, product, service, or system is being used in violation of this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits ElysiumForge's ability to take reasonable action necessary to protect its systems, customers, users, intellectual property, or business operations.
