1. ABOUT ELYSIUMFORGE
ElysiumForge is a digital solutions brand providing technology-focused products, services, tools, and related solutions.
ElysiumForge may introduce, modify, expand, or discontinue individual products and services as our offerings develop.
2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The specific features, deliverables, scope, pricing, billing frequency, and applicable limitations of a product or service will be presented on the relevant product or service page or during the purchase process.
Different products may operate under different delivery models, including one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, custom engagements, or other clearly stated arrangements.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Customers must provide accurate information required to complete an order.
An order becomes effective once the applicable payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
The price presented during checkout is the price applicable to that order, subject to any taxes or charges that may be separately identified by the checkout provider.
4. PADDLE
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for applicable orders processed through Paddle.
Paddle provides payment processing, transaction support, applicable tax handling, invoicing, and related payment services in accordance with its own terms and policies.
Customers may receive transaction receipts and other payment communications from Paddle.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where a product is offered as a subscription, the applicable checkout page will identify the billing frequency and recurring amount before the customer completes the purchase.
Subscription charges may renew automatically according to the selected billing interval unless the subscription is cancelled.
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges where cancellation is completed before the applicable renewal point. Amounts already paid for a current billing period are generally not partially refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for the relevant product.
6. PRODUCT ACCESS
Access to a product depends on the product purchased.
A product may provide permanent access, subscription-based access, a license, account-based access, or another model described on the relevant product page.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit ElysiumForge products except where expressly permitted in writing.
7. ACCOUNTS
Where account access is required, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Account sharing is not permitted unless expressly authorized by ElysiumForge.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that an account has been used for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security violations, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.
8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Certain products or services may require the customer to provide information, website access, technical information, files, configuration details, or other materials necessary for delivery.
Customers are responsible for having the necessary authority to provide information or access relating to their organization, website, systems, or other assets.
9. CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers retain their rights in content and information that they provide to ElysiumForge, subject to any separate agreement applicable to a particular project.
Customers authorize ElysiumForge to use submitted information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the purchased product or service.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ElysiumForge and its licensors retain rights in the ElysiumForge brand, website, software, tooling, frameworks, documentation, designs, templates, systems, and other materials owned or developed by ElysiumForge unless ownership or licensing is expressly transferred under a separate written agreement.
Custom work may be subject to separate ownership or licensing arrangements agreed with the customer.
Third-party and open-source components, where applicable, remain subject to their respective licenses.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers may not use ElysiumForge products, systems, or services to:
- conduct unlawful activity;
- commit fraud;
- distribute malware;
- gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;
- circumvent security controls;
- overload or disrupt ElysiumForge systems;
- scrape or systematically extract protected information or system resources without authorization;
- reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent technical restrictions; or
- violate the rights of third parties.
Additional restrictions may apply to particular products.
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
ElysiumForge may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, unauthorized use, or material violation of these Terms.
Where access is terminated because of prohibited conduct, the customer may lose access to the affected product or service.
13. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS
ElysiumForge may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features of its products and services as they evolve.
Material changes to a paid subscription may be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
14. SUPPORT
Customers may contact ElysiumForge using the support details published on the website.
For payment-related matters relating to Paddle transactions, customers may also use Paddle's buyer support channels.
15. ENTIRE TERMS
These Terms, together with any product-specific terms presented during purchase, form the applicable agreement governing the relevant use of ElysiumForge products and services.
